Our Kitzhof Conference Manager will provide personal assistance before, during and after your event. We will go through the entire function with you in detail, and we’ll be pleased to take you round the hotel and show you the technical equipment in the conference rooms. Your conference room will be ready and available to you at least two hours before the start of your function.
We’ll make sure your conference will proceed in peace and quiet. Our Conference Coordinator will be available to you throughout the event, and will be pleased to deal with any last-minute requests you may have.
We can also assist you with the organisation of any of your other activities as well as with reservations and transfers.
